Privacy Policy — Side Shields Sourcing

Side Shields Sourcing collects the fields you enter on the inquiry form so we can restate a procurement brief and request factory quotes. Typical fields include name, work email, optional phone and company, product specifications, quantity, destination, optional target budget and optional supplier preference.

How we use inquiry data

We use inquiry content to contact you about the request, to restate the written scope and to share that scope with factories you authorise us to approach. We do not sell inquiry lists. Helper budget and preference values are merged into the requirement text at submit time when JavaScript is available; they are not stored as separate backend columns on this template set.

Retention and access

Retention follows the operational need to complete the sourcing thread you opened. If you need a correction or deletion request, use the same work email on a new inquiry stating that request. This policy covers the public website only and does not replace a supplier's own privacy notice once you contract with that named factory.

Cookies and analytics

Session storage may remember that you closed the sourcing-benefit ticker. Local storage may record when the benefit notice was first shown so the seven-day display cap can be enforced. Essential form validation may run in the browser. Any additional analytics tools, if later enabled by the host platform, remain subject to that platform's notice.
